Stick and Puck

Cost: $7.50 per person
Stick and puck is an opportunity to work on stickhandling and shooting skills. Bring your own stick, puck, gloves, skates and helmet. Helmets are mandatory for all participants. Please note all participants under the age of eighteen are required to wear CSA approved face cage. Due to the minimal equipment requirements scrimmages and goalies are not allowed.
Note: We do not rent helmets
Adult Drop-In Hockey

Afternoon Sessions: $10 per person
Call the rink at 604-930-8727 at 9:30am to reserve your spot in the line-up. A maximum of twenty skaters and two goalies are allowed on each session. Goalies are free and can make their reservation at 9:15am.
